Default values

Default values are pre-set field values applied automatically when new records are created. They are configured at the organisation level and apply to all users. Changes take effect on new records only and do not affect existing data.

Any text entered here is automatically placed into Job | Notes | Notes & qualifications when a new job is created. It can be edited on individual jobs after creation.
