Property search results

The search results list shows all properties matching your search criteria, with columns displaying property identifiers, address, area, LGA, zone codes, land value, and more.

View search criteriaAction

Click the View search criteria button to open a panel summarising the criteria used for the current search.

Open filter panelAction

Click the Open filter panel button to open the filter panel and apply column-level filters to the current results.

New searchAction

Click New search to return to the search page and start a new search, leaving the current results open in their tab.

Search in resultsInput

Filters the visible rows in real time to those containing the entered text across all columns.

Edit search criteriaAction

Click the Edit search criteria button to return to the search page with the current criteria loaded for editing.

Refresh resultsAction

Click the Refresh results button to reload the search results to reflect any changes made since the search was run.

DownloadAction

Exports the search results as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file

Click the Download button to open an export menu with the following format options:

• PDF summary: Downloads a summary PDF of the results.
• Excel: Downloads the data as an Excel file.
• CSV: Downloads the data as a CSV file.

Results displayed

The results are displayed one property per row. Double-clicking a row opens the Property card. Clicking any column header sorts the results; holding Shift and clicking additional headers sorts by multiple columns. Columns marked as hidden by default can be made visible using the column menu in each column header.

Column	Description
PID	The unique government property identifier. Displayed as a link that opens the property record.
Full address	The full formatted address, combining unit number, house number, street name, suburb, and postcode.
Street address	The street address, combining unit number, house number, and street name, without suburb or postcode. Hidden by default.
Property name	The name of the property or building. Hidden by default.
Unit No.	The unit number of the property. Hidden by default.
H/N	The house number of the property. Hidden by default.
Street	The street name of the property. Hidden by default.
Suburb	The suburb in which the property is located. Hidden by default.
State	The state or territory in which the property is located. Hidden by default.
Postcode	The postcode of the property. Hidden by default.
GPS coordinates	The GPS coordinates of the property. Hidden by default.
LGA	The Local Government Area in which the property is located.
Zones	The zone codes assigned to the property.
Legal description	The legal description of the property.
Area	The land area of the property, displayed as either m² or ha.
Plan type	The plan type of the property. Hidden by default.
Property type	The property type as recorded in the Register of Land Values, either NORMAL or UNDERSP.
Land value	The most recently assessed land value for the property.
LV Year	The year in which the land value was assessed.
Actions	The per-row action buttons available for each property. See Managing search results for details.

Filtering

Column-level filters can be applied to all columns in the results table. Click the button to open the filter panel, which lists all filterable columns. Filters can also be applied directly from each column header. When one or more filters are active, a Filters active chip and a Reset filters button appear in the controls bar. Click Reset filters to clear all active filters at once and return the list to the full result set.

Context menu

The context menu is accessible by right-clicking any row in the results grid.

Available options vary based on your account permissions and the number of selected rows.

Open property in new tabAction

Click the Open property in new tab button to open the property record in a new browser tab, leaving the results list open.

View property detailsAction

Click the View property details button to open the Property card and view the known information about the property.

Open address in...Action

Opens the property address in an external map or search service

Click the Open address in... button to expand a submenu with the following options:

• Google Maps: Opens the address in Google Maps in a new browser tab.
• Google Search: Opens the address on Google in a new browser tab.
• SIX Maps: Opens the address in NSW SIX Maps. Shown only for NSW properties. Disabled if no government property identifier is recorded against the property.
• VOW Maps: Opens the address in VOW Maps.

Open selected properties in Google MapsAction

Click the button to open all currently selected properties in Google Maps. Disabled when no rows are selected.

Open selected properties in VOW MapsAction

Click the Open selected properties in VOW Maps button to open all currently selected properties in VOW Maps. Disabled when no rows are selected.

CopyAction

Click the Copy button to copy the content of the currently selected cell to the clipboard as tab-separated text, compatible with Excel.

ExportAction

Downloads all or selected rows as Excel, CSV, or PDF

Click the Export button to expand a submenu to export either all rows or selected rows. Each option offers three formats:

• PDF summary: Downloads a PDF summary of the results.
• Excel export: Downloads the data as an Excel file.
• CSV export: Downloads the data as a CSV file.

The Selected rows option is disabled when no rows are selected.

Row selectionAction

Select or deselect rows in the results grid

Click the Row selection button to expand a submenu with the following options:

• Select all rows: Selects every row in the results grid.
• Deselect all rows: Clears all row selections.
• Select / Deselect row: Toggles the selection state of the right-clicked row.

Clear filtersAction

Click the Clear filters button to remove all active column filters and clear the search field. Disabled when no filters are active.

Column actionsAction

Resize and reset columns in the results grid

Click the Column actions button to expand a submenu with the following options:

• Reset columns: Restores all columns to their default widths and visibility.
• Autosize this column: Resizes the column under the cursor to fit its content.
• Autosize all columns: Resizes all columns to fit their content.
• Resize columns to fit: Stretches all columns to fill the available grid width.

Click the Help button to open the user documentation for working with data grids in a new browser tab.

Managing search results
