Properties overview
Properties are records of individual land parcels and buildings sourced from state governments and third-party data providers, holding the address, legal description, land area, zone codes, and a history of land values. They are accessible to all users in your organisation and serve as the subject of valuations and a starting point for creating jobs, quotes, and sales.
Property records cannot be created, edited, or deleted within VOW. All property data is sourced from external providers and updated through data imports.
The Properties page
The Properties page is the primary interface for searching and viewing property records. It is accessible from Properties in the main navigation.
The page uses a tab layout. The Search tab is always present and contains four sub-tabs: Simple, Full, Recent, and Favourite. The Simple and Full tabs provide search forms for running new searches, while Recent and Favourite give quick access to previously run and saved searches. When a search is run, a Results tab opens alongside the Search tab. Results tabs can be closed individually when no longer needed, and multiple results tabs can be open at the same time.
