Finding valuations
VOW has the ability to store jobs going back decades, but for the most part, you'll only want to see active jobs in your day-to-day activities.
For this reason, we hide completed and cancelled jobs by default, but we still provide ways to find these jobs when you need them.
Archived jobs are jobs in a completed or cancelled status - we use this term to refer to any job that your firm is done with.
These jobs are hidden by default.
Active jobs are jobs that aren't archived.
Column view
The column view is designed specifically to be an "at a glance" representation of your jobs. For this reason, archived jobs aren't accessible here, but you can find any of your active jobs.
To find a specific job in the column view, use the filters near the top of the page.
These fields let you restrict the jobs that are shown based on branch, assigned users, or a text search.
If you're looking for an archived job, see the table view.
Table view
The table view is a more comprehensive presentation of the jobs in your database using a data grid, and it provides a few options for finding the jobs you want using the text search or the filter panel.
Activate table view by clicking the table view button at the top left of the page, highlighted below.

Text search
When you're in table view, you have access to the basic text search at the top right of the table to filter active valuations. This is helpful for a quick, basic search, you can fine-tune your search using the filters panel.
Filters panel
The filters panel is hidden by default, but you can open it by clicking the button at the top left of the page, next to the view selector.
The filters panel gives you a bunch of options for narrowing down the jobs shown in the table. All the filter fields work together, so if you specify multiple criteria, only jobs matching every field will be shown.
If you want to include archived jobs in your search results, toggle the Show archived switch.
Including archived jobs in your search results has the potential to really slow down your search.
If you're looking for an archived job, you should set one of the other filters before you toggle the archive switch.
Once you're finished filtering, click the Reset button at the top of the filter panel to clear out your filters, and resume viewing only active jobs.
Previous jobs at a property
If you're doing a job for an address that your company has valued in the past, you can check out the Other jobs tab in the valuation. This tab shows all other valuations in the system that match the current job's address.
