Updating items
An update page allows you to document a wide range of information regarding the Job, Quote or Sale. The update page comprises panels that logically group the item's information.
Opening an item
From any item table, identify the item you wish to open.
To open the item
- Double-click on the row, or click the Edit
button at the end of the row. The system will open the item in a popup editor.
To open the item in a separate browser tab
- Where available, click the Open in new tab
button, or hold Ctrl and click on a link to the item. The system will open the item in a new browser tab.
Mapping links
On jobs and sales, and on the address form on any item, we allow you to search for that address externally to get extra information about it.
Google Maps
To view the property in Google Maps, press the Google Maps
button.
Searching for the address in Google
To perform a Google search for the property, press the Google Search
button.
SIX Maps
To view the property in SIX Maps, press the SIX Maps
button.
This is only available for NSW properties that were populated using the address lookup autocomplete.
Saving changes
To save changes after editing an update page, press the Save button.
